Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • International Returns: If you are returning an item from outside the United Kingdom, please contact us to arrange suitable shipping options. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us straight away at info@jeanroccofashion.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable:

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
You’ll be informed whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
